Lead-Based Paint Disclosure

Federal law requires that tenants leasing housing built before 1978 receive information about the potential hazards of lead-based paint.

Lead-based paint was commonly used in homes built before 1978. When deteriorated, peeling, or disturbed during renovation, lead-based paint can create dust that may pose serious health risks, especially to young children and pregnant women.

If the property you are renting was built before 1978, Thames Rentals will provide all required federal lead-based paint disclosures before your lease is signed.
